sim turned black and keeps wearing outfits i did not make

my child sim black and started wearing outfits i didnt set for her. ive tried restarting my game and resetting her. when i go into cas she is fine but the second i go in cas she breaks. everyone else in the household is fien its just her

i do have custom skin but the skin the sim has is a basegame skin

@miyahw2406 Could still be an issue if the skin was outdated.

Do you have a backup from before they turned black ? Can you try moving your mods folder to the desktop, delete the localthumbcache file and then test on a backup of your save before they turned black.
