sim who doesn't have erratic trait, gets a moodlet only erratic sims can get

My guess? They initially made it for the erratic trait, then “borrowed” it for the storm chaser reward trait without adjusting the text. Because feeling energized/happy from lightning is an intended result of storm chaser, isn’t it?
