sim won't get pregnant

Question

I am having a problem with my game where the sims won't get pregnant anymore. I have removed all mods and it still won't work. When all mods are removed the try for baby option doesn't show up. With the MC Commands mod, I can't cheat my sim into being pregnant. I started the game over and it was working again but the problem started again about a week after. In addition to removing mods and cc, I've tried starting a new game, updating mods, updating the game, repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, and looking for patches. So far nothing has worked. Please help!

Hi&nbsp;@93b0e1cdc3088821b862abc61a1e69c5&nbsp;!&nbsp; I'm sorry you're having trouble with pregnancy in your game.&nbsp; Maybe start by checking a few things.&nbsp; First, check that one sim is able to become pregnant while the other is able to get others pregnant.&nbsp; You'll have to take both sims into CAS and click the three-dot menu below the gender signs.&nbsp; These are the custom gender settings and if they don't have the right settings, you'd have to use the cas.fulleditmode cheat to change existing sims.&nbsp; If those settings are correct, next check that your sims have at least half the romance bar towards each other.&nbsp; The last thing to check is to see if the sims have had their "first kiss".&nbsp; It might sound odd but I've experienced this before where my sims didn't have the "try for baby" option until they had the "first kiss".&nbsp; I hope this helps.
