Sim won't use CC countertops

I have CC countertops in my kitchen, but when I try to have my sim cook something, she goes to the fridge, gets the ingredients, and then makes the motion that she can't move there (where they wave and a bubble shows up above their head with the footprints and a red x). I tried it with non-cc countertops, and it worked just fine. It's just the cc. There's not clutter on them or anything either. Does anyone know how to fix this???
