Sims 4 - Can't enter building/empty lot during travel

Hi, I've been experiencing this for quite some time now and I don't know what to do to fix it. Every time I travel, (ex. gym, archive, library, etc.) all I see is an empty lot and I can't even intera...

@zirconsky15 Are you using mods/cc ?

I take it it all still looks normal on the map ?

Did you save your game this way ?
