sims 4 - houses are non-residential
all of the lots in every single world are non-residential. I can't move into any of the empty houses and when I go to edit them the house just disappears. Not sure what to do as I like the household ...

@wattssophi12 Does that happen in all your saves or just a specific one ? Are you using mods/CC in your game and if so, does it work if you remove those ?
- @crinrict I’ve tried reloading the game and creating a new household and the same thing happens. When I try to “manage worlds” it says not available in this mode

@crinrict Im having the same issue! I don’t use mods & don’t know what CC’s are, but I have every single house in every world with an orange exclamation point above it saying I can’t move anyone in because it’s non residential, even empty lots.
I’m having the same problem and I just recently downloaded this game to a new laptop so I have no mods or cc and my lots are still saying they are non residential when I made my family only one apartment was residential so I could put them there and when I go to try to fix it the lots disappear. I tried fixing my game and everything and nothing is working.

I have been having the same issue, I just got the game and I cant even put my sim in a house since all of them have the orange marks saying non-residential even though they are houses and empty lots.
