Sims 4 - My sims keep dying?

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Haven’t checked
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim died with no notification, my toddlers will not eat. My sims will not do what i say.
What do you expect to see? My sims grave
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I’m on my legacy save and my sims are dying without a notification or a animation? Raelyn died via hysteria but she wasn’t hysterical when she “died” she was hysterical 2 hours before? Her daughter is the heir for the legacy challenge and she “died of hunger” when she wasn’t hungry and I was ready to start gen 3 and she died? I am really annoyed can you sort this out!!!

@ts4_shadowsims Mods are getting outdated with patches.Please always test without any mods/cc before making a bug report.

Do you have the same issue on the xbox ?

@ts4_shadowsims If you load a backup, remove ALL of your mods/cc and try again, do they still die ?

I’m not currently at home but I can’t image whether Raelyn was dead in that save? I know for a fact Briella isn’t. I do have a bit of CC but I have never had any problems with it in all the time I have had it and I have had the same CC for about 2 weeks and never had a problem. I only have 2 mods (MC Command Center and Slice of Life 3.0 Beta.) I have never had any problems with any of the mods eother in the time I have had them. I have played the sims 4 for 5 years and I have never experienced this problem. I play on Xbox and Laptop and it has never happened before. I will get back to you when I find out who is alive in the last game save.

Ok. Briella is alive (Hunger)
Raelyn is dead (Hysteria)
I haven’t lost that much and I am not worried because Raelyn was near death anyway. If it does reoccur with another sim I will come back to this page

Sorry about that. I didn’t really know what to do and I needed help. I removed some CC from my game that wouldn’t should up and my sims are now doing what I have told them and I haven’t had troubles with death.
