Sims 4 - Painting a cat doesn't work

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to create a sim, create a pet and try to use the brushes, only the first one will work.

What happens when the bug occurs? The coat will not change, the new color shows as selected but the cat furr is not affected.

What do you expect to see? All brushes can be used for painting pets

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I didn't notice until yesterday

EDIT : Dogs have the same problem. I tried to remove all my saves and create a new one to create a pet but the problem persist. I tried to be online and offline but it doesn't help.
