Re: [Patch 1.117 on] When Loading ANY Household, Returns to World Select Screen

Hello! Anytime I have a script file in my game, specifically a TS4script file, I am unable to get into my sims household. I will press resume game, and the screen will take me to the manage worlds screen. I then try to press the world and my family, and it will just take me back to the worlds section. My sister, and many other people online are experiencing this. I took out all my ts4script files out and moved them to another folder, which then my game works.

The August 2025 patch (1.117) broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117 as a second starting point, but note many were updated for patch 1.118 and/or are not yet cleared in the current list (for links, see Mod & CC Issues: START HERE).
