Sims 4: Avatars won't complete commands on PS4

Hello! 

Ever since downloading the High School Years pack my sims won't complete the commands I give them after exiting build mode. Sometimes they will walk to the area and then just stand there but most of the time they will just stand in the same spot. Moving them to a new lot provides a temporary fix but as soon as I move them back to the lot I built they will work for 5 minutes and then the bug happens again. I am not using mods or cc, has anyone found a fix for this issue?
