I have reloaded my game multiple times, repaired my game, started a whole new mods folder and nothing is working. The bar at the bottom is glitched out and I don’t know what to do, I just want to play my game yet this is so frustrating and annoying.
This does sound like a mods issue. You can try moving your mods folder to your desktop then start the game. Check to see if the issue with the UI is still going on. If it isn't, then it's one of your mods causing the issue. You'll have to test and find the one causing the problem. I suggest you test mods one at the time and then all together until the problem shows up then remove that mod or update it if one is available. I doubt this type of problem is caused by your CC but if you don't find the problem file while testing your mods, then you'll need to test your CC. That can probably be done in small batches rather than one at the time to help you narrow it down.
