@lnmq7vp0zgax Does the error occur if you test with no mods or CC at all? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
The error does not happen when I remove all mods.
@lnmq7vp0zgax You can start, then, at Broken/Updated Mods & CC . You might need the previous post as well, for patch 1.110. A link is in the first post of the current one.
