I'm also having this problem only I have ZERO options to pay bills. I've checked the mail, phone, computer and clicking my active Sims literally no options saying pay bills
This is my problem too! I went on vacation with one of my sims and when I was there the bills came. And now the game won’t let me pay the bills. The bills notification pop up but I don’t have the option to pay them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game - didn’t help.
