I'm not sure if this is what you have happening for you, but if you don't age the sim up on their birthday, it will move to the next day up to 4 times depending on the sim's life stage.  By design, there is a four-day grace period at the end of the life stage for teens and above.  I have to check, but I believe it is shorter for children and toddlers.  At the end of those 4 days, the sim will age up automatically and the sim gets a negative buff for a forgotten birthday.  The life bar in the sim panel will show zero days left during those four days.  Though, if the birthday on the calendar moves before their birthday, then you've got something else going on.

    Hope this helps.

  • Also, while your Sim is pregnant, they stop aging. So their birthday will move back a day each day until they give birth.

This glitch happens to all ages of Sims for example my Sims toddler's birthday will be on Sunday but than it will be moved to Tuesday and continue moving until I age up the glitched sim

Are you using any mods?  Specifically, any mods that might affect aging or allow you to manually change anything about a sim's age?  Like resetting the days within a stage, or changing the life stage or changing the length of a life stage?  If you are, have you changed anything?  You can try testing your save without those mods in the game.  Don't save when you do so as to not mess up your save.  If it doesn't happen when you test, then it is probably one of those mods and you will need to update or remove them to get things back to normal.

    Hope this helps.
