sims 4 black main menu

After the new update that happened on June 14, I updated the sims, opened it and once I turned on my mods I reset the game every time after the loading when it gets to the main menu it turns black, So i replaced UI Cheats, MC commands, and because people said that could be the problem but its still turning black so should I delete all of my mods or delete my cache files or both?

    @heycydney  You should test with no mods or custom content at all, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  If your game is back to normal, you can start adding your newly-updated mods and testing, then go from there.
