I have this same issue after the last update. My settings UI is also messed up and I can't change my graphics settings either. I tested my game both with and without Mods and the issue still persists either way.
@Sulsul5219 Please try this test to rule out any leftover mod causes:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
