Sims 4 bust the dust not working
I bought the game, don't use any mods and it doesn't work, the place never gets dirty.

Install the just released update and BTD will work.

In addition to making sure your game is fully updated as @jpkarlsen mentioned, please also check that you have Bust the Dust enabled in your game options.
Head into Game Options-> Pack Settings-> Bust the Dust and be sure you have Enable Dust System checked here. If this setting is disabled, dust-related effects won't appear in your game, and the house won't become dusty.
