Sims 4 cant load housekhold keep taking me back to world map

Hi!

I have an issue with the game load everytime I click on a households loads then doesn’t open and takes me to the world map so annoying I don’t know how to fix it..anyone has the same issue ?

@nadineabdoun Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. If that works, head to Broken/Updated Mods .
