SIMS 4 Can't play household - XBOX

When I try to resume game or play a household it takes me to the loading screen and kicks me back to the residential map. And when I try to play household from the map it does the same thing. Note t...

Have you tested if it also happens on a new save ? In your existing save, does it matter which household ? Try a few from different worlds.

Hi! Thank you for your response, I'm just seeing this.

That is the only save file not letting me play households.

There is no error message at all. Just a blinking blue square at the bottom left of the screen, and squiggly lines on the bottom of the screen where text would be. (I tried to upload photos but its not working). New save files are fine. It's just this particular one, and it affects all worlds.

Hi @buttrcupz,

Thanks for that info, what format are the screenshots you're attempting to upload? I believe PNG and JPEG should work without issue.
