Sims 4 CAS: Accessories in the ring category don't work

Is anyone having this same issue?

When in CAS, I click on the accessories and everything appears but the ones in the ring section. I do us cc so I've been taking mods out and testing to see if maybe that was the issue but I still have the same problem. This has me thinking this is a bug.

Just to be clear, I can see everything in the columns, but when I click on the actual item, it doesn't appear on my sim. And this isn't working for my CC, DLC, or base game content in this section.

    HI @AfroDite901. Have you tested this without your Mods folder? Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.

    @shyheim1211 Could you post a picture of what you are seeing ?

    Did you also remove your cc or just your mods ? Did you delete the localthumbcache file ?

    Did you find the mod or cc causing it? This seems to be happening in my game currently where the rings aren’t showing up but every other accessory is

    i was having the same issue, and i mightve found out why. if you have any eyelash cc the sim is wearing, rings wont work because they share the same texture map. it also causes the textures to collide sometimes and you might see the rings texture on the eyelashes. i might be late, but i hope this helps.
