Sims 4 cc isn't working after new 2023 update

after i updated sims 4 my sims 4 cc hasn't been showing up in my game, its in my Mods folder but it doesn't show up in game on my custom content list. ive tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and deleting the electronic arts folder as well but nothings working. I have the script mods and custom content enabled in-game as well. Can someone please help!
