Sims 4 (CL) Romance Festival ground is black or missing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to the romance festival.

What happens when the bug occurs? The ground at the festival is jet black. It only affects the area covered by the festival, so from the food stalls to the paintings and from the plants and love guru over to the entrance to the festival. The mosaic decoration is still on the ground and everything else is exactly as it usually is, it's just the ground that's wrong. It's jet black, as if someone has covered it with a black tarpaulin and stood everything else on it. The rest of the city location looks as it should, concrete everywhere else except for the festival area.

What do you expect to see? Concrete city streets as usual.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console, never used.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes. Patches/updates since the end of February and adding Carnaval Streetwear and decor to the max kits.

I haven't attended the festival itself for a few weeks because of crashing upon travel to that specific area. I can't travel to Uptown either. I gave up trying. I only tried again as my Sim is collecting all of the plants in the game and I finally managed to get there after several attempts. I wondered at first if it was deliberate but it looks really off. I now can't get back there for crashing again so I can't see if it's still like that. It's reminding me of the Evergreen Harbour ground bug but this is black instead of blue.
