sims 4 crashes i installed a bunch more mods

So i updated the sims 4 yesterday and played it and today i downloaed way more CC and stuff and i launched it  and it crashed and then it opened the EA app and it said it needed a update even though yesterday it was updated so then whens it dine i l luaxnhed it opened the ea app and i click on the sims 4 nothing was showing it and i middleclicked and it says app not responding pls help
