Sims 4 Crashing in CAS (Winter Clothes)

For the past few days, I have been trying to play my game and it continually keeps crashing. I feel as if I've done everything I can think to do but to no avail. I run Mod Manager anytime before playing my game to ensure no new updates. I also go through Scarlet's mod update list as well as check Patreon for any notifications of recent updates. I tend to do the 50/50 mods folder option as well to see if I can find the issue that way. I'm very good with keeping all mods updated and usually when I have issues, my game will generate a BE exception or MCCC exception, but this hasn't happened for these crashes.

Basically, I get into CAS to work on Sims and everything is fine until I click the cold weather clothes tab. Once that happens, the game freezes and then crashes immediately. The only thing I receive is the last crash txt. I have ran my dxdiag to see if maybe the problem can be spotted in that.
