Sims 4: Electricity problem

Hello, I don’t know if anyone is in the same situation as me, but the family I use the most doesn’t work properly. Indeed, it seems that there is no more electricity, no lights are working, no TV is working, the computers are working, but there are not all the functions. It’s very painful because even if I take them off and put them back it still doesn’t work while on other families everything works perfectly. Can someone please help me?
