I can't find any info on the internet and can't seem to fix the Sims 4 error code 102:260c71f5:5fff5946

@xsh34rtti Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, does it work without ?

    No mods/ccs and I've done the usual clearing cache/mods. It usually crashes when a fam member is a detective and at the station... is that on my part or is that a bug they need to fix?

      @xsh34rtti Crashes as in you get the error or the game closes ?

        @crinrict It crashes and gives the error message, taking me back to the "manage worlds" screen. I can play other saved games (i.e. my other households) but when trying to play that household it keeps giving me that error
