sims 4 error
when i play my sims 4 and i resume my game it will load into it and when its loaded into the game and when i try to get them to do certain task they take forever to do it...i recently updated the gam...
I’m playing on a windows 11 aspire acer laptop. The game worked fine until the game did an update and my laptop updated as well. I don’t have anything in my inventory.
This is the DxDiag file
Thanks for providing that! I'm seeing this laptop doesn't quite meet the minimum specifications to run The Sims 4. You'll still be able to play, but you'll most likely run into performance issues, like this one you're currently seeing.
The minimum specifications required are as follows:
You would need at least a 2.0 GHz processor, currently your laptop has 1.10 GHz.
So I’m not able to play it like I used to? This is my only laptop I don’t want to buy a new one to meet the specifications of the sims 4. Is there anything else I can do?
You can try lowering the graphics setting down to one of the lower settings, and playing in smaller houses/lots with less items to help prevent the issue.
How do I do that?
To change the in-game graphics settings, you'll go to Game Options-> Graphics and change the settings under the Graphics Quality drop-down box.
Do I load into sims 4 and do it?
Do I put low?
Yes, this is done from the in-game settings.
It says low on the graphics quality
I'm also seeing some video driver time-outs in your DxDiag, so I'd recommend following the steps here to run a clean re-install of your graphics drivers.
Will it run better if I do this?
This should help clear up some of the in-game issues you're seeing.
What does it mean” enter the copied path in the address bar (cal-+V) and press enter?
Is there anyway we can talk on the phone?
