Sims 4 exiting after leaving CAS or loading a different household

@BeckskaSims If you switch to DX9 does it work? If so, you might need to uninstall and reinstall Gshade for DX11 (based on what people who use it have said - however, you can get proper support for the Gshade software elsewhere.

If not, please try this sequence:

Uninstall Gshade complete
Rename the user folder: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/
Run a Game Repair in the EA App
Open the game and test in a new save (you should have no option to load an existing one)

I may end up sending you to Sims 4 tech support depending on what you tell me.
