Edit - It worked! Thank God. I spent 4 hours trying to get it to work last night.
Check your computer for security updates. If the update doesn't work microsoft came out with a fix through command prompts. I know it bites but it seems like our only option. It's been a problem for awhile and they claim they can't fix it.
Here's the link to the fix -

I'm having the same problem! There was a Windows 10 security update that is causing a lot of people problems because a lot of people don't have enough space to download it. I just found a way to fix it to get the update to download through command prompts but it's still saying missing files. I'm trying to finish repairing again now that I updated my computer but like you before it was saying something about the security thing. Hopefully it works this time... I turned anti-virus off, ran as administrator, deleted microsoft software distribution. I don't know what else to do. I'll update if it works.
It repaired! Seeing if it loads up... No missing error message yet 🤞
It's working! 🎉
