How can you uninstall the pack from EA? I can't fin the option
@ceblue08 Please try a clean folder and test a new save: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then select New and see if you can access that.
My game still keeps saying preparing and then download error I don't know what else to try.
I repaired the game
Uninstalled EA app reinstalled
Cleared cache
Restarted computer
Downloaded from manage add ons
NOTHING, seems to be working please help 🙏🏽. I am afraid to Uninstaller the whole game because it may not let me install it back. 😢

How do I reset my options?
In Sims 4, select Options (where you would normally also select things like Load or New or Save). A new folder will have those reset to the defaults, and the best way to get your old options back is to reset them.
