My game still keeps saying preparing and then download error I don't know what else to try.
I repaired the game
Uninstalled EA app reinstalled
Cleared cache
Restarted computer
Downloaded from manage add ons
NOTHING, seems to be working please help 🙏🏽. I am afraid to Uninstaller the whole game because it may not let me install it back. 😢

I don't play with mods. I hope they can give me an answer this stinks alot 😩
@librati10 Mods are highly unlikely to cause an initial installation issue. I'm sure they can find some way you can get the pack installed!
Make sure your game updated. Also repair your game or reinstall all pain. But works sometimes.
