Sims 4 Game Broken after 8/02 Growing Pains Update
After the 7/26 update I bought the High School Years pack and I was one of the few where everything worked fine. But then after the 8/02 update everything broke. I tried to load the game and my sim didn’t show up and all the objects looked glitched and broken. I tried taking out all my mods and CC and it still didn’t work. I even removed the entire Sims 4 file and created a new one to no avail. Whenever I go into CAS, no sim shows up. Basically just an empty screen. The game is completely unplayable. I’ve looked everywhere online and I seem to be the only one with this issue. If it helps I have a 2017 MacBook Air.

and then repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
