Sims 4 game crashing after clicking resume

My Sims 4 game keeps crashing after I click resume on the home screen after entering the game. I have had this problem for a long time and I have already tried multiple trobleshoots to fix it but non...

@Foxy50105try moving them into a different lot. Check whether the household or the lot crashes again.

@DeanXeL I clicked load game and got into the world I wanted but when I clicked on the household I wanted to play it went to the loading screen and crashed. I then loaded up the Sims 4 again and evicted the house hold and moved them back in, hit play, and it crashed again.

@DeanXeL It worked that time! It must have been the lot, hitting resume household on the menu works again as well. Thanks for your help!

    Is there any way to fix this issue, and move my sim back into the house on the other lot? I was having the same problem, and this fixed it too, but wondered if there’s another way to go around this.
