Sims 4 Game Error After Downloading Recent Pack

I have fixed the problem but I’ll write how I did it below.

Error occurs when trying to access live mode:

1. MAKE SURE TO COPY ALL MODS IN YOUR MODS FOLDER FIRST! Then delete them. 
2. Go to origin and right click (two finger click on MacOS) then press repair. Make sure to wait until all packs and game are repaired! 
3. Paste mods back into the mods folder. 
You should be able to access live mode! (CC will be removed from sims and builds but you can replace/apply them again. 

SCRIPT ERROR pops up when trying to place doors (specifically):

follow the steps above, if that does not work, create a new folder containing 2 new folders inside. One being a folder containing your tray folder from your Sims 4 original folder and the other being your Mods folder. THESE ARE MEANT TO BE COPIES! (Make sure to only delete from the folder NOT downloads)

uninstall and reinstall the game. Paste the Tray folder and Mod folder back into its original places.

STILL NOT WORKING?

Download Sims 4 Tray Importer. (Follow instructions on the various YouTube videos posted about this app). Delete all broken CAS CC.

CC furniture (especially beds) disappearing after being placed: 

CC that has not been updated for the recent pack WILL NOT work. You will need to find new cc that is compatible with the recent patch/expansion pack.
