It launched after the initial update but then when I restarted the game it did the following - I am able to press the play button which then greys out for around 5 to 10 minutes but then goes back to orange and the play button is pressable again but it just continues doing the above greying out for a bit then returning to orange.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin, I have scanned the laptop for malware etc. there was nothing, I have clearer cache files and tried to repair the game - none of these have worked so far.Has anyone else had this happen since the update? Or has anyone solved this? Thanks.
It also seems to reinstall the game every time I click back into Origin as it isn’t playable straight away it says verifying game files and goes through each as if it is reinstalling or updating each time I go back into Origin after exiting.

It seems to be a mod stopping the start up, the game worked fine when I removed the entire mod file. Does anyone know of any current mods that are corrupted / out of date so I can try these first before I have to go through the 2000+ I have 😫
@Chloeeb93 You can try this list of broken mods:
But if that doesn't help, you'll need to test your mods yourself. The 50/50 method can make the process much more efficient:

Thank you, I have looked through and taken out ones that are listed as not working etc. there still seems to be something stopping the launch, I’m assuming CC or a mod not listed in the forum. Unless you know of any mod/cc conflicts?
@Chloeeb93 There's no surefire way to find mod conflicts, other than manually testing. And the list of broken mods is not always comprehensive since it mostly relies on players to report data. So your next step is the 50/50 method. Whether the issue is a broken mod or two mods conflicting, you should be able to find the offender, or one of them, relatively quickly.
If the issue is in fact a mod conflict, once you've found the first mod, you can test your other mods against it, again with the 50/50 method: just leave the one conflicting mod in place while you test the others.
