Sims 4: Game Won't Open With CC

Okay, so I have been playing sims on my gaming laptop for almost 2 years now. I have downloaded CC plenty of times, played with large amounts of CC and higher gbs of CC and never encountered any issues with my game and even if I did it was easily resolved. My game runs fine with no cc and it runs fines with Certain CC. I have been adding chunks of CC bit by bit over and over trying to figure out what's going on. So when I get to a certain point, my game will hit me with an error when I try to play with my household, so then I'll close it out and it runs fine again. Then, if i try to put all of my CC in the game, the game literally just won't open at all. My CC all works individual or in small chunks, but I think I have some CC that might conflict when trying to run them at the same time. At this point, I'm okay with having to start over or thin out my CC, but I'm just curious has this ever happened to anyone else and what did you do???

Side note: Yes, I have repaired my game many times, deleted the localthumbnailcache, did the method of 50/50, merged my cc to try to get it to run, I've tried pretty much any option available that I've seen online.
