sims 4 get to work cannot follow sims to work

Sims 4: Get to Work. I just downloaded the game, and it will not let me have the option of following my sim to their Medical Intern job. Even if it is not a holiday. Help please! I am not sure ...

@1cateline12 Are you using mods/cc ? How many days have passed ? Sometimes it doesn't work the first day and you need to wait until the second.
