@severinwandererIt is a post from November 2020., and they did explain what they did, just not all the steps. And the support is not invisible, they have a full page dedicated on contact options. This is also a mod related issue, and you need to test which one. I have few minor mods but they are not affecting the worlds
I do have mods, but I removed my entire mods folder, reinstalled the app and all the other content, and it still showed as a map with no lots. I even repurchased the Outdoor Retreat module, to see if perhaps my files were somehow corrupted, but that only made the matter worse. Now the game shows that I do not even own the module, never mind having paid for it twice. I do have the lilMsSam mod MoreBuyableVenues installed, and I have tried removing it, but it does not change the state of the Outdoor Retreat module. I'm at my wits' end with this.
@severinwanderer It happens on a new save as well or only on the current one ?
