Sims 4 High School Years - Cheerleading outfits default to wrong school colors

In the Sims 4 High School Years trailer, they show cheerleaders in green and gold, but when my cheerleaders, football players, chess players, etc., show up for school or corresponding team events they always wear navy and red school color swatches. I have decorated my entire school to match the green and gold swatch, but unfortunately I can't find any answers on how to change the High School colors/team default outfit swatches. It doesn't make sense having a green and gold or a black and red school and the cheerleaders show up in navy and maroon cheerleading outfits! I know I can have a fitness outfit, but that doesn't change the teams all wearing the wrong colors. 

I'm not sure why EA would give us so many uniform swatches for HSY when they seem to only default to one? I am hoping there is a work around or something I am missing? Can we assign different colors to these teams and/or the school? Anyone else have the same issue?
