Sims 4 High School Years is Unplayable

The High School Years pack is completely unplayable and you sold us a true piece of garbage. While playing in the high school today I noticed severe lag and none of my sims moved. They did nothing but stand in the middle of the school. They wouldn't interact, wouldn't go to class, I got nothing from them except for the occasional T Pose. This is completely ridiculous. Yea, run me my money back or fix it. This is so disappointing because I've loved this game for 15 years now.
