Sims 4 Horse Eye Glitch
hi everyone!
i’ve been experiencing a glitch where any NEW horse (bought, NPC, birthed, etc.) have pitch black eyes. i used to have a CC eye override, but i removed it from my files, i updated all my outdated mods AND i repaired the game and all the packs, and the issue still persists.
i also don’t have the option to change the eye color of those horses, even with the fulleditmode cheat.
any old horses from before the glitch happened have normal eyes and i can change their eye color freely, but any new horse has the black eyes glitch…
anyone knows how to resolve this issue?? 🙏🏼
i went ahead and deleted all my horse eye color CC and eye override CC, as well as my thumbcache file. then i went into CAS since my horse still had weird eyes, but when i clicked on randomize the eye color, it got fixed. from there, i downloaded a new and different eye override CC and i haven’t had this issue since. hope this helps! 🙂
