Sims 4 Horse Ranch does not load to manage worlds or travel

My game got fixed with the empty text bubbles and debug items from yesterday. But today when I was playing at the new Chestnut Ridge. My cat needed to go to the vet and it won't let me travel to Brin...

I tried this. I still can't get it to work

Same. I tried as well. I removed my saves, and mods, and tray. Opened a new clean game, saved, exited the game, and repaired the game. Opened the game and Chestnut Ridge is still not available for me to travel into.
