Sims 4 Horse Ranch does not load to manage worlds or travel

My game got fixed with the empty text bubbles and debug items from yesterday. But today when I was playing at the new Chestnut Ridge. My cat needed to go to the vet and it won't let me travel to Brin...

I had this issue too! I found out it was better build buy and the T.O.O.L. mod from twisted mexi that was causing the issue!
