Sims 4 Household Sims Can’t Enter Or Leave Apartment

For some reason my household sim wasn’t leaving for work and kept getting the skip work notification, so I manually had him step out into the main lobby in the apartment and he keeps getting the bubb...

@KassyRae I'm also having this issue and there is nothing blocking the door. I just deleted out everything by the door and I just had my Sim move in and the Neighborhood welcome show up and no one can enter, bubble keeps saying the mailboxes are blocking it.
