Sims 4 infant

Okay so it’s January now and my infants are still having problems with their eyes. Is anyone else having this problem? Each time I age up my babies my infants have these occult eyes it doesn’t give me the ability to change them out can someone help me please ?

@Humannature2005 Have you gone through CC for updates? Many eye mods needed updating after the Infants patch. Those that weren't updated will continue to cause this.
