Sims 4 interface broken beyond repair

After the new update I can't play the game at all anymore. Everything overlaps itself in the build/buy menu and the normal menu in the top right corner. How do aI fix this? Please help.

    You have broken mods. Start at the lists of Broken and Updated mods linked in the sidebar
