sims 4 library

I've had this problem for a while now but tried to just live with it but since a few days it's really getting to my nerves, so.. I use the library a lot and used to get house builds from there for my families etc, i used to always look through ''popular now'' since i thought there was the most beautiful builds, at some point whenever i click it, it says there is nothing availaibe and doesn't show me any builds (this is also with Sims). Basically my ''popular now'' is just not working, everything else in the library seems to be working fine, only that i sometimes have to wait 5 minutes before the library loads in but i've heard multiple people have that problem. 

I'm always excited to play The Sims but i'm just unable to get a nice house for my families since i'm a horrible builder myself and end up just logging out, hope someone can help me! I only have the MCC Mod and the UI Cheats, and just a little bit of CC which i'm cleaning up rn, before i got any cc this problem was already there, and if i remember correctly this happened somewhere when i downloaded the MCC Mod. I got this problem on my other 2 laptops also.
