Sims 4 Lights dim in gameplay

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Jungle adventure, Outdoor Retreat, City Living, Tiny Living, bust a dust, get to work, Island living, seasons, snowy escapes

What happens when the bug occurs? Sims 4 lights dim
What do you expect to see? I load up the game the lights are bright. When playing the game they just get dim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hell EA

In the two photos, One is the bathroom. That light is on but it suppose to be more brighter. 

The second photo is the livingroom, but the blue light is on but the room is dim.

I tried replacing the light but it won't work. I tried repairing the game in origin but nothing. I tried troubleshoot from online workarounds but still nothing. No custom content installed. Just what I purchased in Origin.

Please help.
