Sims 4 minionized spell not working properly

I have a bug with the minionize spell. Whenever I task a sim with make food, they do nothing but wave and shrug. I have this even with space for cooking and even a grill. The clean command works just fine, provided there is something to be cleaned.

Are they only getting a routing error when you command them to make food, or does the same issue happen with the other commands from this spell as well?
