Sims 4: Missing Mods.

I have been trying everything I can think of to try and find My Mods after the September 2022 update?

They aren't showing up when I launch my game, In game I have ticked the boxes in the Settings menu, but their still not coming up, I have tried downloading them into every folders that says Mods, and still nothing, I was wondering if anyone else is currently having this problem? 

If not then please help me to get my Mods back?
